Federal Law “On Amendments to the Federal Law “On appraisal activities in the Russian Federation” and Article 3 of the Federal Law “On Amendments to the Federal Law “On appraisal activities in the Russian Federation” adopted by the State Duma on May 22, 2015 were approved by the Federation Council on June 3 and signed by the President of the Russian Federation on June 8, 2015. The new federal law establishes a uniform type of examining evaluation reports – a value-based. The changes took effect on July 1, 2015.
